Dreams to Memories - the charity for the 10th Annual Show........

Dreams to Memories
Mandate:
•Dreams to Memories is a non-profit, charitable foundation serving the residents of Ontario, Canada.

•We will assist terminally ill parents with children under the age of 15 years (and living in the same home), with an opportunity to have a family last wish experience.

•Although the primary recipient is an adult, these dreams directly involve children through a parent’s last wish to create a memory for their loved one.

CCFBG hopes to raise awareness and funds for Dreams to Memories with the following during the show

1)All Makes & Models "Cruise In" (the Clarion Inn parking Lot)- open to the community on Friday June 1 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm admission free, would appreciate donations to Dreams to Memories

2)Silent auction (Leisureplex) preview @ 11:00 am on Saturday June 2
Bidding is open from 12 noon - 2:00pm
* all proceeds of the silent auction go to Dreams to Memories

3) Raffle tickets being sold on Saturday

Our room block is only good till May 18th, after that date the rooms for the show
Will not be guaranteed and could sell out if not booked. Right now they are protected.

If your going to attend the show, book your room now so you don't loose out.
There are about 28 rooms left. And you can cancel it up to 48 hours prior to the show.

Located directly across the road from the show site, Fort Erie Golf Club is well manicured course boasts fast greens, lush fairways as well as numerous sand traps and water hazards making it a challenging par 57 course.

THE DETAILS:

Tournament Format: Stroke Play - Prizes will be awarded during the show awards ceremony!

Course: Fort Erie Golf Club - an executive style par 57 course that plays 3350 yards from the back tees

Location: 1640 Garrison Rd (directly across from the show site)

Date: Friday June 1st

Time: CCFBG tee times will be available from 2:30pm - 4:30pm
The course takes 2.5-3 hours to play

Cost: For a total price of $22.60 you get 18 holes of golf, a shared power cart and an 8oz. steak dinner!!!

TRAVEL INFO FOR THE JUNE SHOW

We have some travel & road information for everyone coming to the show which is current as of today (May 30th). Please read the following and refer to the below map.

DIRECTIONS:
The show site is in the parking lot of the Fort Erie Leisureplex. The address for the Leisureplex is:
3 Municipal Centre Drive,
Fort Erie, Ontario L2A 2S6

However, before you follow your GPS, please read the following:

FORT ERIE EXIT RAMP (IMPORTANT):
Normal directions to the Fort Erie Leisureplex involve exiting off the QEW at Gilmore Road.
However the Gilmore Road exit is currently closed.
Show participants should take exit #7 - Bowen Rd. (BEFORE Gilmore Rd.) and then proceed down Sunset Dr. as shown below

CONSTRUCTION IN FORT ERIE:
Currently sections of Garrison Rd. are under construction.
As of today (May 30th) Garrison was being paved and should be ready for the show.
However, as of today there was still a small section of gravel at the intersection of Garrison & Buffalo Rd. (entrance to the Hotel).
After coming down Sunset Dr. show participants should turn left on Garrison and then immediately right on Municipal Centre Dr. (see below)
Municipal Centre Dr. is actually the entrance road for the Leisureplex. Following Municipal Centre Dr. will lead participant directly to the show site.
