There's a huge step by step article in the new GM HiTech Performance magazine. All I can is "oh shit". it looks like its going to be a major bitch, lots of relocation of stock stuff (such as coolant and power steering reservoirs).

I havent read it yet, but from the pics I have seen it will be some work. In the end though it will all be worth it!

I read through the instructions. It seems a little time consuming, not difficult though.
It should be to Brents shop by tomorrow.

My biggest concern is that relocating the accessories is going to screw up things I've installed like catch can, trans cooler, etc. No worries, just have to redo that stuff after.
Tomorrow? Wow. Injectors too?
Have to talked to Brent as far as scheduling/coordinating between you and he?

I have so much crap going on I barely have time to breath. I wish I could feel the way I want to feel.

I wish they has an electronic version of the instructions like magnacharger does... I'll have to find that mag.

One thing I've allways liked about when I've installed procharger kits, is that they are not hard to install. They may require some time and extra wrenching, but the kits are usually well thought out and the final result is fairly simple in design. The hard part is the moving of factory stuff out of the way to make room for the charger and a little piping.
Don't be intimidated by what you see, this car is pretty easy to rip apart if you take your time. One big tip I will give to those who have not done this before:
ZipLoc bags, some masking tape, and a sharpee are your best friend. Label everything as it comes off the car clearly, you will probably need it again.

It looks cool and I'm sure it runs great. However, why mess with moving stuff around when you can do the twin turbo from House of boost and move nothing. No one really knows what you have, it looks like a CAI and runs like a motha trucker.

I'm interested in the HOB set-up, but right now it's vaporware.
The Procharger is available right now and wreck wanted something right now.

George is right on the money. I wanted something now and PC is a well respected item from a solid company. Besides, I just like blowers better than turbos, there's this little noise they make....

Correction: He's getting Procharged! I really want to see/hear this as well. I don't think we've heard a proper sound clip of a Procharged G8 yet!

Install is a piece of cake...............I would recommend removing the rad.
and support it makes it easier to do the lower pully and mount the unit.
I love my Procharger !
