Bushings for Pedders control arm kit

I recently purchased a lower and upper control arm kit from Pedders for my 09 G8 GT. After over 3 months I finally got my ball joints but the bushings weren't pressed into the lower arms. Can any1 tell me how to go about pressing them in?

Unless your talking about the radius rod bushings they should just push in by hand then insert the middle sleeve. Some grease will help.
