Is a used stage 1c worth anything???

I am doing a larger cam, and am curious if there is a market for a used Livernois stage 1c cam? I guess I have never seen used cams for sale, and maybe once used, they are garbage. I have put 5k miles on it. Just curious...thanks.

Some will buy it who is on the edge of being able to do a cam swap financially.
