What are you looking to do? I would highly recommend researching how to sound deaden on sites like sounddeadenershowdown. I went over board on my g8 cause it was my first time, use the CLD aka damplifier/fatmat/dynomat/raamat/b-quiet/etc should be used VERY sparingly and in key places. I went nuts and tried covering all of my trunk with it and I didnt get the results I had planned. Let me know your plans and Ill give you all the info I found when I researched, but to answer the original question I like Damplifier from SecondSkinAudio personally.

I want to keep everything from rattling when I replace all my speakers. I want to do the doors, and deck, and back of the rear seats. I am puting in all polk audio DB stuff, even the 8" subs in the deck.
I helped a buddy do his reg cab serra, doors, foors, roof, everything. it made one-hell-of-a diff!! He used raamat, and everything fit back super tight. I dont want to go that far, I just want to kill some rattles and road noise while I have everything apart.

Just get the Lowes / Home Depot stuff. It is really inexpensive and is basically the same as the first gen dynamat.
Sold as "peel and seal"
Also look into fatmat and a few other dynamat alternatives, Raam Mat, etc.

All worth looking into. I know hot rodders like the peel & seal.
Not sure I what I would go with...there is a cheaper dynamat version on ebay I found a while ago, can't find the link in my folders.
Also not sure how odors are with all that stuff...and their compositions are different [as some are butyl, some are possibly asphalt if i recall and all].
Just some ideas...havent really used anything myself yet...planning to add some in my truck when i install new speakers.

I have used b-quiet in the past with great results. I took the interior out of my 02 trans am and put 150 sqft of b-quiet in. It made a huge difference in the car.

I am not sure on the home depo stuff. I do not mind buying the expensive stuff. I am guessing it all works. I just need to find the right combo.

That's why I'm the only one hat drives my car and I take my testicles with me wherever I go. I was merely suggesting using your own pair, that's all. Although I have great testicles, they are mine and I'm not sharing them with anyone.
