I have been to the dealer and replaced my wiper blades to no avail.last month I bought a new set of anco's and they worked great. Now I have the same exact smudge,3" wide, right at the center where it mounts on the driver side blade.

this is not a cleaning issue.

It must be either the angle of the wiper arm or the amount of pressure on the windshield.

help me charlie!!!!

help us all!!!!

I had this issue also. I clay barred the windshield and scrubbed it with a cleaner called perfect glass and that was it. I still have the OE wipers from May 1st when I bought the car. It seems funk builds up on the glass easy and I dont think the funk from shipping the cars was ever removed.

Rain-X really helps things out, my blades still streak right across drivers side, passenger's side is just fine. I don't even use my wipers anymore, only when water gets splashed up are they needed.

I wonder if it could be the fluid? I am also a victim of the crappy wipers. I have never seen a new car with the worst blades possibly ever invented.

i dont think its the blade, cleaning has no effect, and its still does it with aftermarket...has to be the wiper arm itself!

Every time I wash my car I take a towle to the blades and clean them as best as I can, it helps... A bit

Its been discussed over on G8Board I think that the Trico blades pretty much kick ass and quell the need for any dealer visits concerning the poor factory blades, unless you want to bitch about it enough to get GM to do something about. Personally I'll just get the Tricos.

Do you have the PN for the Tricos? I have use Tricos in the past and liked them.

You can try this. I am assuming these are universal and will fit.

I have Trico one piece on my DD, that shapes to the windshield. They are really good.

It is a Trico 25" blade. the info is posted on that "other" forum and I deleted that link, etc.. I just pulled mine off, but no part #. Solid plastic with no metal parts.

This may be it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/compatibility-chart/B001BYAXLK/ref=au_pf_dp_chart The pass side is 15" or 17", I forget.

Hi guys, my first post. The passenger is 15 and the driver is 24/26. Trico doesn't make 15 inch neoform blades. Anco has a part number to a 15(PN C-15-PB) according to Advance Auto Parts but I can't find it anywhere online either, so that doesn't make sense. I just ordered 16 inch Tricos and hope they willwork for passenger, as I have the 26 inch on the driver PN 16-2613. I seriously hate driving without clear windshields, rain or no rain. Good luck with the wiper issues!
