Talked to a GM tech about a vibration problem popping up on various boards, was told there is a TSB out & it states, "the centre support bearing on the driveshaft allignment, remove & reinstall" also sub rubber is another target.

Waiting up here in Toronto for the GXP's, want to customize it, rims, tint, headers & exhaust, does your exhaust system create a drone inside vehicle when on highway, & are the headers coated inside & out?

Stainless doesnt require a coating. Zero drone with the factory mufflers.

When I had the Magnaflows on it, it did drone. I put the stockers back on and have no drone.
I'm currently working on a project to find mufflers that drone less.

I took mine into the dealer to get the stuff done that was on the "due bill" and I also mentioned to them to look at it for the "vibration". I noticed the vibration when I was driving it home after I bought it, felt like an out of alignment type of vibration somewhere between 55-70 mph. It has been there since Saturday and I have to tell you I am having major withdrawals....the G5 courtesy car they gave me really is a piece of junk. Waiting for them to call me to pick it up...hoping for tonight.
I really appreciate the info I am learning from reading this and a couple other forums....it really is very helpful!

I wonder if it is totally un-related to that gearbox whine at around the same speed ????? Hmmmmm
