I just bought on 09 PBM GT w/ Premium and Performance packages. My wife was driving it home from the dealership and I was following her and when she would brake the brake lights would stay on even when she would take off from the stop. Could it be the brake pedal being to tight? I told her to lift up the pedal with her toes and that made the lights go off. It doesn't happen everytime.

Mine does the same thing. The switch needs to be adjusted or replaced.

Does it have to be taken in to get adjusted?

Since it is under warranty I would, that way if they have to replace it they can order it and call you when it comes in.

Took my car in and got the brake sensor calibrated. Works perfectly now. I also got a detail and tinted the windows as dark as possible. The car looks much better w/ tinted windows.
