yes, the magnacharger mp2300 is the same exact eaton unit the ZR1 uses, the MP1900 is the same blower the CTS-V uses...

Will the stock LS3 handle the mp2300? What are the weak links? How does the kit stack up price wise compared to the mp1900?

I would say the 1900 would be better suited for a stock LS3... I am not 100% certain on the cost difference between the 2300 and the 1900 but magnacharger ahs already stated the 1900 is capable of well over 600 rwhp... and i know the 2300 can do 1000 FWHP...

The CTS-V is amazing and blows away lots of cars well above its price range. When I was buying my CTS I waited until pretty much the last day to get confirmation that the V wouldnt be availabe with AWD (Have to dream right?) so I got an AWD LLT version istead. That said I drove a V in a snow storm we got a couple weeks ago just to get a feel for how bad it would be if I got crazy enough to get one this year and it really wasnt horribly bad so I MAY get one and a set of snow tires.

I've got alot of irons in the fire right now which will affect what/when I get the next round of toys but CTS-V is tied for the #1 spot on the list LOL

Everything is being moved back it seems. Ford's 3.5 GTDI was supposed to start product this month, but looks like April before call backs start.
