2005 C6 TPMS and 2008 G8 GT

Hello,

I have 2 2005 C6 Corvette tire pressure monitoring sensors just sitting around - they are still good and off my Vette.

Does anyone know if they will work on a G8?

I have a new set of wheels to throw on the G8 - and if I could use these sensors instead of having to blow an additional 60 bucks for them - that would work out for the best.

I'm not sure, but you could take them to a tire shop and they should be able to tell you. I went to Discount tire, and they charged $25/ sensor (after I told them I wasn't going to pay $35 each like they wanted)

I think they should work. IIRC all TPMS systems use the same 415mhz coded signal. You will have to make the car re-learn them. and keep the ones you pulled out, away from the car during the learning process. IE out of radio range.
