blew fuse for front cig lighter, putting air in tire yesterday and went to change it. I have never seen a fuse like it? What kind of fuse is it? and do regular auto parts places carry them? went to strauss auto they didnt carry them.

They are called 'micro blade fuses' (somewhat hard to find)

In a emergency fuses called 'mini blade fuses' will work (these should be available anywhere)

Finally found a place that carries the micro blade fuses, also found out our car use both kinds of fuses. uses micro in the fuse box in engine compartement and mini blades in fuse box on inside drivers side.

Not sure if you realize this, but both the underhood and instrument panel fuse boxes have some spare fuses in case you blow some. I've circled them in the photos. The rear fuse block doesn't have any spares, but it takes the same mini fuses as the instrument panel block so you can steal from there if necessary. Of course it doesn't have some sizes, but you may get lucky and blow a size that it does have.
