:woohoo: I have been on the internet, and have made multiple calls attempting to locate a G8 GXP. If everything works out, it looks as if today is my lucky day! I found one of the first dealers in the Southeast to get the car. It is a Panther Black Metallic with 6-speed manual and sunroof. I have my loan approved and we are scheduled to drive down to Alabama and pick it up the next weekend, depending on weather and our schedule! We put a down payment on it with our credit card today.
With the GM supplier discount and the 2 $1500 incentives in progress until January 5 the total cost is as follows:
Sticker price: $41,590
GM supplier discount: $39,738
Current incentives subtact $3000
Total price (minus tags etc): $36, 738
I hope everyone who wants the car will be able to afford it. We have worked very hard to afford the vehicle but sometimes with the state of the economy I feel a little guilty but on the bright side my purchase is helping pay someones salary!

I'll take you up on your offer. Please send me the info on the dealer. I am working with a local dealer and he is suppose to get a Panther Black. He called today and said the corporate guy he deals with is out till next week. There are two out there that are for sale; a red one and a white one, one is in California and the other in Arizona. I want Panther Black or MGM which ever I can get is okay.

How do you get the incentive if the car isn't in stock yet? Didn't the $3,000 incentive already end? The new one is $2,500.
