This nut that holds the A/C lines to stud that goes into the front of the oil pan on the driver's side. Trying to find the GM part before I hit up Home Depot.

Nut/stud combo the same as the 4 holding down the stock fuel rails, sometimes used to retain coils onto valve covers also.

Any idea what the nut would be? The stud/nut clamps down the conduit for the starter cable and then there is a nut that threads on over that to clamp down the A/C lines. I lost my nut!

Finally getting around to doing some needed cosmetic work, and I need a few part numbers.
First, those black plastic plastic body clips/push rivets. Not sure if these are all different or the same type.
-Connectors that hold the front inner fender wells onto the edge of the fender
-Connectors that hold on the black front under-body panel
-Connectors that attach the bottom of the rear diffuser panel
Also, various parts on the trunk lid:
-Pontiac arrowhead emblem
-G8 GT lettering (not sure yet if I'll replace these or just remove them)
-Rear license plate light lenses
-Whatever the small black rubber/plastic pieces are that go on either side of the license plate lights, 2 per side. There may be another one right in the middle; I see a hole there in the sheet metal but nothing's in it.
Finally, what are the part numbers for the two red reflectors that go on the diffuser panel?

If you can be more specific with the location then I'll try to help.
If you are talking about the cable harness that screws into the front of the left (USA drivers side) cylinder head, then I know that one.

Paul, it is not that one. This cable harness mounts to a boss on the main block itself. On the US driver side. I can't find a picture of it because all the pics I have found it is hidden behind the exhaust manifold or header. White/tan plastic thing.

Unfortunately I do not have my block in my possession right now to verify it is at the machine shop). I think it is just to the right of the plug and above it.

Paul, some of the online parts suppliers are showing 92202366 (right side) as discontinued or unavailable. Everyone shows 92202365 as available. If I can't find the right-side lamp, can the left-side lamp be used on both sides?

I can still get 50+ of both Part Numbers here.
Why don't you give me your complete shopping list from Post#761 (above) and I'll get everything for you?
Airfreight shipping from AU to your door will be minimal because it's all lightweight stuff. Most likely $15 for everything together.

I can now confirm that these parts are not interchangeable. They're asymmetrical and mirror images of each other. I have no idea why, but apparently even the Chevy dealer I called up shows the right side part as discontinued. There are still a few around in the states, though.

Looking for the part number for the OE rubber MAF adapter and clamp. It goes between the MAF and OE airbox and has a clamp that secures it to the MAF, with a friction fit to the airbox. This part is also reused with a Volant CAI. I have a pic but tapatalk is being ridiculous. Thanks

Since I cannot seem to buy one of these I just beat the dinged one back into shape. The inside and outside are as round as the other one now. Also flat. A little waviness in the middle where I do not think it matters. Got rid of the roughness with a wire brush on the dremel.

Can't be bought separately from the complete cupholder. Cupholder Part No is 92171506.
The twin ring silver piece you are looking for is definitely not Part Number 92172601, 92172601 is a figure 8 rubber insert mat which goes inside the cupholder.
also the ring around the rear driver side door speaker.
Can't be bought separately from the complete interior door panel. There is no part number for any of the round rings around speakers.

Just wanted to verify GM 92228638. Is this the 'Atari Guage' display. After all these years I may finally acquire, have programmed, and install. Thanks. Hopefully someone sees this. I seem to have lost the ability to have my posts go to "New Posts"

Supposedly 92228638, 92217146, 92219491 these parts numbers are for the 2 gauge set and 92228599 is the three gauge from GM I personally have 92228638, 92217146, and both are 2 gauge

Thanks for the reply. I believe WhiteAutoMedia can (re)program 92228638 and make it have a three gauge display. I g___gled GM 92228599 nothing pertaining to a gauge display came up.

Anyone happen to know if it is possible to obtain the honeycomb for the hood scoops by themselves? I really have no urge to purchase the whole setup.
Worst case scenario, I pull the mesh out and make the scoop functional? Maybe cool down the LSA IATs some.

Is there a part number for the engine harness connector that attaches to the coolant temp sensor? 2008 G8 GT. The sensor itself is 12608814, but I need a replacement plug to splice into the harness. Apparently the wires going into that plug got pinched back when I did my engine swap, and the damage is too close to the connector to easily repair. My temp gauge is on the fritz, and the radiator fan doesn't always come on when it's supposed to.

I'm looking for the part number for the plastic trim piece behind the center console, just above the rear A/C vents. Two of the lock tabs on mine are broken, so it won't stay in place.
Also, what about the adjuster/slider for the rear A/C vent, or whatever larger assembly would need to be replaced if the individual piece isn't available. My rear vents are kinda sticky, and I assume someone accidentally pulled one of the sliders off trying to adjust the vent.

Rey: I'm looking for the mechanism that the door handle (drivers door) attaches to. Inside the door. It appears that mine is worn and ready to break.
I went to the dealer and got a diagram. Is there a diagram available when we are looking for parts?
Anyway, the dealer said it is part #3 on the diagram HE11A480, and it is called a housing Part # 092263003 ($50).
the handle is part #7 - 092214647 ($154) . This is for the drivers side.
