So this may sound like a funny question, but can you change the headlight and turn signal bulbs in the front of the G8 yourself?
With my Mazda6, there are multiple individual compartments inside each headlight assembly, and everything is so tightly crammed into the front of the car that only the turn signals are accessible to be changed by anyone other than a technician. So if the high- or low-beams or even the parking lights go bad - and the parking lights are practically just flashlight bulbs inside the high-beam reflectors - then I have to take it into the dealership to get them replaced. So guess what? One of my parking lights is bad.
