Was wondering if anyone has monitored these in engineering mode during WOT runs and what kinds of temperature ranges you guys were seeing.

I never saw my trans sump temp go over 92c. Coolant always stays the same.

I monitored these with the DashHawk for several weeks. I noted a sometimes inverse relationship between engine coolant temp. & Trans. sump temps. To clarify:

Eng. coolant temp is highest in slow stop & go traffic +/- 212F. Anything to get air moving thru the radiator, like a WOT run will drop it down under 200F almost instantly.

Trans. temp rises if the car is manually held in 1,2,3 while running in stop & go traffic 195-210F, and drop if you leave it in auto or sport mode. A few WOT runs will increase trans temp quickly (225F). Makes sense as most heat is generated by high RPMs in the torque converter.

I guess.
I think.
Maybe. :p

Mine used to run that way too but I put a trans cooler and now it averages 150, 170 max. Engine coolant about 205. Engine oil gets hot, up to about 220.
