Went to the Cragar page, and a Challenger is shown with their rims. Looks nice. Can someone give them guys a nudge to develop some 19" wheels for our G8s? I know Cragars are from the good old days, but I do believe they would set the G8s off. What are the general thoughts?

Their new larger wheels are nice. Gives some of the newer cars a nice retro look.

like charlie said some of the newer wheels are nice, but IMO they look better for older muscle cars and truck

I have to agree with you OV5. I have always liked the look of the Cragar wheel. I bet they would look sweet on our cars.

ok, who has photoshop skills? If not, I might have to do some sloppy work of my own. The price, you say, for such a 'shop? Someone needs to buy me the rims, I'll supply the tires, and then I'll take pictures!

Since that Charger R/T looks BAD ASS with them Cragars, then yes our G8 would be even more BAD ASS looking....

No photoshop skills here.

Received a response from Cragar, and this is what was said;

"Oscar,

In the next month or two, hopefully you will have a few wheels to choose
from. We are developing a CRAGAR S/S wheel for the new Camaro, which if I'm
not mistaken, should work perfectly on your vehicle. We are also developing
a ultra high performance Magnesium wheel that will be available for the
Camaro as well. Both of these wheels will be available in 18x9 and 20x9 for
sure, but not 19. I attached pictures so that you can decide if you want to
wait for them."

I am attaching the two pics sent of the wheels spoken of. They both look sweet!

I wounder why this is in the "ask charlie" section? I would get more response if it where in the wheel section.

When I had first posted this, I didn't think I would get a response from Cragar. I was hitting this spot, as to maybe Charlie and/or others, could maybe nudge Cragar along. Ask Charlie about anything, and I really don't know about the offsets, and what ever else is involved on making sure a wheel will fit and work. I was surprised, that I did received a response from Cragar. Now that it is here, I have no idea how to move it over to the wheel section, or even to the Camaro section, since someone there was asking about wheels.
