ATCO Video of the G8 & Bird - 12-14-2008

Threw together a quick vid of the best runs from the Bird and G8 this time out. Yes I did take both of my cars down which was actually a lot of fun. Only got two runs per car due to all the track issues but nothing broke and the G8 set a new best.

The Bird unfortunately had nitrous issues.

Both will come back ready to roll harder in '09.

Thanks guys. The Bird has an electric cutout which dumps before the muffler. The car has a off-road y-pipe.

Looking to shape it up with a new rear for the spring and the nitrous issues sorted out so I can get the damn trap above 120+.

I can see one of the reasons for faster mph at ATCO. Take a look at the Flag: nice tailwind. In Florida, we're just not that lucky! But we get to run year round as compensation.

It actually can go both ways. Sometimes there is a real nasty cross/headwind that gets a little dicey at times. On numerous occasions they have switched to 1/8 due to wind conditions. Some days it works, others it doesn't. Good eye on the flag. I didn't even notice.

It's got a good deal of bark but I just need to back it up with a bit more bite. Looking to get a new S60 rear for the car and really get this car off the line next year. The car should be trapping in the 120's and mid 11's or better for the power its making. Should be fun :)

Yes they are mecham tips. I love how they look in the TA rear bumper but this is my second set due to poor quality on the first ones. These have been ok but I'm still afraid the chrome might come off like the first set.

Yea I have some slight peeling on the inner lip of mine, but hardly a week goes by where someone new doesn't come up and compliment me on them. They also toned down my TD's significantly, and I love the sound over dumped 100%!

Wait until you see how it runs this season. New Strange S60 rear will be here next week. :devil::devil::devil::devil:

Next will be a VR intake for the G8 and some LT's after I get my tax return.
