As far as I know Holden don't have a sill set that differs from the ones you already have in the G8.
The Holden sills are very plain. No logos or lettering on them at all.

You do not need to buy any clips or adhesive.
The old sill plates get removed, leaving the retaining clips in place.
New sill plates have adhesive backing with a paper tearoff strip over the adhesive.

Paul, I'm assuming that when you remove the old sills, they get ruined (bent) in the process and are no longer usable? Can't imagine that you could salvage them?

I don't know for sure, but I think it's going to depend if you approach the task like a chess-player or more like a cage-fighter might.

stock ones came off pretty easy. cept one all of them had black double sided tape but one had the grey 3m double sided tape it was grey and super sticky that one i ended up bending to hell trying to get off but the other 3 came right out without any effort. they can be reused

i would warn everyone trying to remove them to be very careful when trying to take them off i would advise using gloves the edges are very sharp.

the hsv ones are aluminum and bend really easy so once they go on they will not be coming off. if you try they will not be able to be used again.

sadly the 2 long ones that were slightly bent from shipping. i tried my best to straighten them out but it left a slight wave on the new sills.

i also purchased a roll of 3m film to put over the new sill before installing them so they wont get messed up from daily use
