I guess there is no better way to put it. What started out as a 7 day ban on the "other" site has now been changed to 1 year! That is the best news I have had all year. I was NEVER posting there again anyways. It didnt stop the invites because everyone is doing it now. For 1 individual and a 4 month old site to have that effect on the so-called #1 site, tells me it wont be for long!

1. Meaningful moderation.

The last time I've been to that place was on accident trying to show someone this site. It was in my web address bar on my computer at work and I clicked on it and started raggin on the other site. I then realized...I was on the other site cause I didn't remember having a G8 ST up on the top banner...LOL

Anyway I don't click on the links to that site and wouldn't piss on 'it even if it was frying my computer screen...:poof:

I have never seen such a joke of a board. It is a rolling infomercial for Pedders, Magnacharger, et al. These companies make solid products, but it is ABSURD the way things get dealt with. Vendors are untouchable...

Unfortunately the "information superhighway" is less about information and more about generating some sort of revenue stream. There is a good college football site "Coaches Hot Seat" that went pay-only this week. Their content is good, but come on. It starts as a labor of love, then someone decides that they have to make money on it.

Well I was thinking.........LOL! Never gonna happen. I would rather a vendor supply parts so we can have give-aways or use them for testing so we KNOW what to expect. I like vendors from big to small so there is something for everyones budget. I think we are on the right track thanks to all the great Mods and members.
