Available to suit these locations (see pic below).
Will fit 6.0,6.2, & stroker LS series V8's in Pontiac G8-GT & GXP.

Standard engraving is "LS Series" on all caps except the Strut Tower Caps, which have no engraving.
The billet alloy caps clip over existing plastic caps, except the Engine Oil Filler Cap which is a changeout item.

***You must remove the Oring from your existing engine oil filler cap and re-use it on the new billet oil filler cap.
*****Strut Tower Caps will not fit if you have aftermarket front coil-overs (eg: Pedders XA, BC Racing Coilovers) The billet strut tower caps will not clear the coil-over adjustment knobs on top.
-+-+-+-+-+ You will need to use an adhesive (double sided tape or RTV sealant) under at least the Power Steering push-on cap, probably best to stick the coolant , brake, and windscreen caps also.

Locations where Billet Caps can be fitted.

Hey CP...Just a thought....any chance there's a clutch reservoir cap for those few of us with the M6?

Thanks!

Good question, I'll have to check into that.
I haven't seen one marketed as such...which doesn't necessarily mean one of the above caps doesn't fit it too.

CP...just looking at the pic above - for the coolant recovery, coolant radiator, and windshield washer caps; will those caps still work if that radiator cover is in place?

Nice stuff Paul!!
Not sure how much aluminum thickness there is on strut cap but you can always have center hole drilled a lttle bigger
to fit on XA's. What i had to do to make my Billet Prototypes work on mine after XA's installed. Just a thought

CP...just looking at the pic above - for the coolant recovery, coolant radiator, and windshield washer caps; will those caps still work if that radiator cover is in place?

There's a heap of different manufacturers of Radiator covers, owners with Radiator Covers will need to check the clearances around existing caps before buying the "LS Series" billet caps.

The "LS Series" Windscreen washer cap is thin walled, and adds about 1.5mm to the perimeter of the existing blue cap all the way around.

The "LS Series" Coolant caps are both 72.5mm diameter at their widest point....they taper off narrower at the top to 68mm diameter where your fingers would grip.
The access hole in a Holden V6 or V8 Radiator cover (as sold by me) on the USA passengers side of the car, for coolant recovery, is 95mm diameter at it's narrowest point....it opens out further at the top of the hole to 105mm dia.
The access hole in a Holden V8 Radiator cover (as sold by me) on the USA drivers side of the car, for coolant radiator cap, is 85mm diameter at it's narrowest point....it opens out further at the top of the hole to 98mm dia.

People with Over the Radiator Intakes (Vararam or New Era) who have used Holden V6 Radiator Covers on V8 engines, in their case with the radiator being tilted back from stock position there is minimal clearance between the top of their V8 radiator cap and the underside of the V6 Rad Cover. Adding an "LS Series" billet cap is going to add about 5mm of height to the existing radiator cap....this clearance will need to be checked. It's unlikely the "LS Series" radiator cap from the 4 pack of engine caps will clear.
You can't really see it under there anyway.....and you can always use it as a spare coolant recovery cap for the other side of the car.

This pic shows the existing clearance around stock caps when a Holden V8 Radiator cover is used. Clearance for fitting "LS Series" caps is fine with this arrangement.

There's a complete billet clutch reservoir with cap. I'll be ordering a few in for a guy here local to me in the next week.
I'll get pics, prices, weights etc & also compare to the GXP clutch reservoir to make sure it will be a straight swap.
I had no luck finding just the cap.

Hey CP...Just a thought....any chance there's a clutch reservoir cap for those few of us with the M6?

I got some new stock in late today.
There's a billet clutch reservoir with a billet cap, you use your existing plastic cap still & put the billet cap over it.

There's also a billet "shroud" to go around your power steering reservoir, again you use your existing cap with a billet cap over it.

I also got some of the 3 piece cap sets which will suit (04-06) GTO.

Going to try and round up some cars for test fitting and photoshoot on this coming weekend.

Confirmed.
The Billet Power Steering Shroud and Cap that fits GTO also fits the G8 V8's
The Billet Clutch Reservoir and Cap that fits GTO manual also will fit GXP manual cars.

** Billet Clutch reservoir & cap can only be used on manual GXP.
*+*+ Shroud for brake fluid reservoir does not fit G8 because the USA reservoir is a mirror image to the VE reservoir. Cap still fits but I won't send the shroud.....prices have been adjusted downwards.

Chrome and Carbon Fibre underhood caps and covers coming soon. These have no engraving on top so are suitable for a greater variety of G8's incl most areas on a V6

It doesn't look like that work (at least without modification) on a 2009.5 where that rubber bit covering the positive terminal is actually molded into the cover instead. Here's what I'm talking about.

There's 2 different versions of the Alloy fusebox cover available, I didn't want to confuse the issue...but now it looks like I'll have to.
I'll report back after I've done some further fusebox research.
