I would hope we would be looking @ Gen V's with DI that get 26ish MPG and make close to 400HP by then. Remember the L76 makes 355/361 and manages 24-25ish on plain jane fuel injectors. Maybe even a 7-8 speed Slush box? Why not? Dodge is going to revamp their powertrain with 8speed automatics this/next MY. The 6L80E design was 4 years old when it was shoved into the G8.


medium sized V6's make 300+Hp with DI these days, I don't think you'll have to blink twice to find a 350HP engine in two years.

it would almost have to be the DI engine.Does the new standards kick in in 14?
a M6 Ute with HUD for me. ok I could live without the HUD. In 2 years it could be possible for me to buy a Ute and keep the G8
