I couldnt get the vinyl overlays I ordered from houseofgrapx to go on without air bubbles, may be due to the 3 layer/color not sure. Been looking for other options, guy on the other forum pointed me towards grafxworks, they have whats called a liquid dome version, similiar to what TSS (seller here)does for the weathertech's. Sounds like they can do them, not sure of cost or interest of others but thought it might be worth putting the feelers out.

I ordered four of these for $10 total including shipping.
All the standard ones are $10, $18 for a custom set of four. 3dcarstickers.com (http://3dcarstickers.com/en/)

Looks good but not going the sticker route again. What i was posting was to see if there was interest in a group buy for something similiar to the liquid domes, best description is go to the site and you will see what I mean.
Plus if Third Shift Studios can do them they are a sponsor/seller here.

Good find, checked the site, not sure anybody can compete with the price. Did you order 66mm or 67?

I measured a factory center cap with a caliper. It was dead nuts 2 5/8. The hole in the wheel leaves a small gap around it. I ordered 67mm which is only .006" oversize per edge (radius). They shipped in one day, but they are overseas shipping by snail mail. Should have mine in another week or two.

I'd be interested in the liquidomes.

hulkss, I can only see the holden overlays in Red, how did you get black?
Also, did you get page cannot be displayed at all when adding to the cart?

Just clic "more info" when the standard Holden overlays are displayed and send them your request using the form that comes up. I got the image in post #2 back the next day. The color change did not increase the price.
Their web site works perfectly for me (Apple Safari V5.0.4).

I ordered liquidomes from Grafxwerks, I emailed the back and forth with 3D (the place HulkSS found) but couldnt get a comfortable feeling, I wanted chrome border and what they kept sending me pics of looked like silver, pretty broken english in the email to. As soon as somebody get their's from 3D, hope they post pic's, the price is unbelievably cheap, that kind of made me wonder as well. I will try and post pic's when I get mine but have never had luck putting the pic's up here.

Well just got the wheels and the center caps they sent with them were the silver pontiac arrowhead ones that fit, but sit a little recessed. I didn't ask which ones they were sending, just thought that since they were CTS-V rims that would be the caddy center caps. The aren't bad looking, just kind of wanted the black with red arrowhead.

Hi Guys, I understand that we might not make the cheapest items on the market (definately couldn't match $2 ea), but keep in mind we're GM licensed and do have a track record of quality within the communtiy. Here are some center caps we've done using the poly-domed process. We can start with chrome vinyl, then print on them with various foils, IE black, red, silver even carbon fiber, etc, to make the designs. (And we speaka da englush!)

Got my cheap overlays from the Ukraine today. They look perfect to me. They are flexible so I guess not very hard or scratch resistant. Should be fine for a center cap, clean them gently like paint or clear coated wheels.

Third_shift makes great products. I have their custom aluminum arrowhead emblem on my GT. The other place only makes round center cap overlays.

I dont see center cap decals on your website. Looking for silver/chrome with red pontiacs for my VMR V710 wheels. Is that on your website or a custom order? I guess I need to go measure my caps.

Custom order, we are technically not allowed to produce the caps per GM (somehow its a liability, but lets be real, how the hell is a center cap gonna kill you?) So ya, just send me a PM with your request, thanks!

The liquid dome never cures hard; its kind of 'self healing' in that nature–which actually makes it more resiliant to scratches and cleaning.
Third_shift thanks for your pics. I have some ideas now.
I'm glad you're inspired!
