I recently Bought from TireRack.com and Doc was my Sales Specialist. I made the order at like 3:07PM CST and by 3:09 PM CST that same day he had called and left a voicemail about some concerns on my order.

When I called back (the next day) he had remembered exactly who I was and why I was calling, we had visited for a few second about our personal cars and when he expected my wheels & tires to arrive. He would have been right on BUT here in ND we're known for our winter storms. We just had the worst storm of the year and my shipment got stuck in Fargo.

I bought the exact same wheels you did from him about a month ago now and my experience was the exact same way. I had some concerns of my own and not only did he change where the shipment would come from which made my delivery date acceptable, he delayed it slightly to ensure it wouldn't arrive before I got back from my work travels. Everything arrvied exactly as he said it would and the process was absolutely great. Not bad for a one stop shop to get everything I needed to bolt right up to the car :)
