OK, I got these. You just pry them off. Lumbar knob proving more difficult....

Now for the headrest guides, those don't want to come either. Damn seats :/

AllData shows this:

1. Remove the front seat head restraint. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement (See: Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement) .



2. Push down on the seat cover to reveal the upper part of the head restraint guide (1).
3. Press the head restraint guide retaining lug (2), then remove the guide (3) from the frame.

But it doesn't push in :/

Just trying to make a few bucks off parts already removed. Car is completely gutted at this point, will never see the street again.
