I'm getting bored with the car again, so we all know what that means... MORE MODS! I dont have to spend this time, probably around $400. The car has trailing arms and toe rods from bmr, full exhaust, cai, tune and all that good stuff. So this time I'm thinking maybe some suspension or some appearance mod. What would ya'll do?

I have headers. What is it about the sway bars that everybody likes? Less body roll and more solid feel or what?

Sway bars and diff bushings.

It's on my list right after some more whoa (Camaro Brembos all around), some more show (20x8.5 and 20x10 Ruff Racing 948s), and some more go (ARH 1 7/8's with a 12468 midmuff). The reason why it is mod #4 on my list is that all the roads around me are straight, flat, and boring. Or, I might skip all that crap except brakes and just put some twins on it. I kinda dig the thought of a 550+ rwhp daily driver that by all measures should actually be able to knock down better MPG than stock. I'd probably ditch DOD and go with a baby EPS cam from Pat G to keep the stock idle and about a 6200 shift point. CRAP! I have no clue what I am going to do next.....

Semi thread jack, but really on topic since these are recommendations. I know BMR makes subframe connectors, but I saw VCM makes some that weld/tie in to more points than BMR, and we all know welding creates a stiffer junction. Anybody interested if I can get Greg to give us a good group deal? Pic below:

Subframe Connectors

Preparing your LS series Commodore for competition in circuit sprints, tarmac rallies, Targa, or for times you want to 'have a real go' on your favourite mountain road, then you should think seriously about reducing chassis flex. Having great suspension is fine, however this alone will not stop chassis flex; an inherent issue with VT to VZ Commodores.

VCM Performance subframe connectors provide the answer in that they deliver radically increased chassis rigidity (second only to a full roll cage) resulting in more consistent and improved vehicle handling and safety. Manufactured from 38mm x 50mm x 3mm rectangular tubing and laser cut 6.25mm mounting and weld plates, VCM connectors tie into 5 structural areas and provide 4 separate weld points.

Dunno Travis, gotta get some from info from Greg. I sent an email for a GP for 10 sets just to get an idea. Figure stateside shipping will probably add $30-40, I'd be willing to meet/deliver any sets in Indiana NW of Indy and in the Chicagoland area.
