Charlie, I'm building an ls2 for my truck. I purchased a stock ls2 intake, it did not come with injectors. I purchased what was supposed to be stock ls2 injectors from someone else. They appear to be to short for the fuel rail. It has a number on the side of the injector, its 19. My truck injectors have 26 on them. That should be the size of the injector. Its seems to me that these are not the ls2 injectors. Man what motor would use a 19 lb injector? Do you know the correct size of the stock ls2 injector? I can't seem to find out.
thanks

HVS, what number would be on the side of the injector, would it be 33. The part number on mine is 12588681. The stamped number is 25, on one of the injectors its stamped 19, but, has the same part number.

Stock injectors on 2005-2007 LS2 V8 equipped C6 Corvette, 2005-2006 LS2 equipped GTO and 2006 LS2 equipped CTS-V as well.
The LS2 injectors flow 33.9 lbs/hr (4.27 grams/second) at 58 psi (400 kPa) fuel pressure.
Injector information
• Bosch part # 0 280 158 049 (individual)
• GM # 12569113 <----Part No for set of 8
• USCar connector
• 65.2 mm overall length
• 52 mm O-ring to O-ring
• 4.3 mm tip length
• 15 degree spray cone
• 4 hole injector
• high impedance
The USCar connector is not the same type of connector as used on earlier LS1 and other GM V8 engines so these injectors are not compatible with the older vehicles without changing the connectors on the wiring harness. The injectors are also shorter than the LS1 style injectors and the O-ring diameter in the intake manifold is different as well.
The USCar connector is now also used on several Ford and Chrysler applications.

Thanks, I definetly don't think its an ls2 version. It seems to short and doesn't want to go down into the hole. They seem to be the same size as my original truck injector. I always thought the stamp told you the size of the injector also. My truck injector says its a 26 and I know thats what its supposed to be. These have 25 stamped on them. So, if they are supposed to be 33, someone sold me the wrong injectors. Looks like I got scammed.

As far as I know none of the injectors leave GM with the lb/hr stamped on them. Racetronix/Five 0 et al might stamp them when they go thru for service etc.

Use the measurements (in mm) posted above for a stock LS2 injector and check against what you have, if you think they're too short.

HSV, I found out that the injectors came out of an ls2 ss trailblazer. That manifold is more like my truck manifold. Thats why the injectors are short and too big to go thru the manifold injector hold. So, at least I know what I have and now I can find the correct ones. My intake if off and 06 gto. I did buy a throttle cable bracket from slp. You were right, $69 bucks plus shipping. WTF, its all good.

Arrr OK I didn't know the TB had different injectors on its version of the LS2.

Here's some LS2 injectors from an 05 GTO (the ones you want) for cheap.
