stock exhaust tip

After installing my headers and catted exhaust and realigning it twice the drivers side exhaust tip is cocked about 1/2 inch. Meaning the outside tip is about 1/2 inch lower than the inside tip. Meanwhile the passenger side is perfect.

Can the tip be taken off easily and alinged ??
Do you just break the weld where the arrow is....then turn the tip
until its even ??

The pipe is also welded to the muffler , you could cut both the brace and the pipe ,reinstall the muffler put the pipe where you want it and mark it and have it welded or weld it yourself if you have the equiptment to do so, but you probably all ready knew this.
