Might want to add how long it took to ship, and how long you've owned the product. (IE did you install last night and review today or have you had the product for a month?)

You can put that in comments if you like.

the part about shipping is very hard to do tho. The product could be on back order or pre orders. The shipping they choose can take a long time and there are other reasons for shipping to take to long. So yeah, shipping time is very subjective and should not be included.

It's still valid to put in comments. There are some internet companies notorious at poor shipping. Be upfront, if you only ship on Friday, let 'em know.

If the vendor is upfront, and keeps the customer informed about the status of shipping he/she won't have anything to worry about.

You'd be surprised how irrational a lot of customers can be tho. I've had people complain about a package taking to long when they paid for 2-9 day shipping and nothing I could say could make them understand it wasn't my fault. Had to get a moderator to step in finally. Putting it in the comments is completely fine with me tho. But to have an option for them to have to put it or " shipping time" can cause trouble. This was a really big debate on ebay when they introduced a point system for shipping and suddenly peoples scores starting to reall drop.

I like the setup that you guys have right now, where a person can put it in the comments on whether the shipping was fast or not. That's all I'm saying :)

oh another thing that I really liked about some site was an "iTrader" rating.
