The final 500 Focus RSs will get an extra treat: an upgraded engine, to 350 horses (more like 345 in SAE measurements, but hey, who's counting) and 339 pound-feet of torque (up from 325). The engine is the usual Focus RS unit, itself a heavy rework of the Volvo 2.5-liter transverse-five-cylinder. But the mods for RS500 use are more than a mere chip remap.
