They may build high performance cars but the customer service sure is low performance! I've been trying to get prices and if they'll ship to the U.S. since the 1st week of November and the only responce I got was "we'll get back to you". When, this Christmas or the next one?

What is with the customer service of places lately and not just Walkinshaw either? It seems like no one cares if they lose a customer anymore or not. Its crazy! I'm not asking for them to bend over backwards or do anything horrible, just gimme a price and if they ship to the U.S. Geeez!

Well the heck with em! Paul told me how overpriced they are but I WAS tring to give them the benefit of the doubt and find out for myself but after as long as its been I don't even want their parts anymore.

I've asked them questions through email and got response back within a day or two. I'm sure they have not sold many parts to US customers so not very motivated to help us. I agree with you though...

Firstly I can assure you that distance has very little to do with your experiences. I've dealt with their head office and local dealerships over the phone and also with dealerships face to face. The one word that springs to mind is Arrogance.
As a customer or potential customer I got the feeling of (There's the product, take it or leave it.....We'll charge what we damn well like for it......We don't need you or your money......Please don't make us waste any time on you).

eg: 14 days ago I made 2 phonecalls and paid a visit to the same dealership in the attempt to get price and availability of an off the shelf product. I left my Ph No 3 times and am still waiting for the promised return phonecall. Meanwhile the product has been bought and has arrived from another vendor.

Makes no sence. Don't they understand that without customers they go out of business? Wonder what responces I'll get on the Commodore boards when I post it up?

At least Paul gets the whole customer service thing, VERY prompt replys. Thanks man.
