Recovery hooks?

I just picked up an 09 GT on Friday, and want to take it to a track day. I am wondering where the tow/recovery points for the car are and what they look like or if I need to buy something specific. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!

I've been under there multiple times. All I can find on my car are some holes that look like they've been left for draining and would be absolutely destroyed by a "J" hook, and some slots on the rear suspension arms that I would imagine would ruin my rear suspension if I were to be pulled out of a gravel trap by them. Unless Aussie cars are different underneath, I'm not sure what I should do. It has a GXP body kit on it and a tray right behind the front bumper, so I'd have to take the front end off to get to the frame.
