Hello all, Jeremy will be tuning and porting in Coral Springs on Dec 4th and 5th at Speed and Truck World:
12500 N.W. 35th St.
Coral Springs, FL 33065
Tel: 954-346-1161
Fax: 954-346-1192

The cost of tuning is $400 + $100 per hour for the dyno. If you are just looking for a street tune , that can also be done for $300 w/ WB o2. We work very hard on each and every vehicle until every customer is happy and the vehicle is spot on.

The average gain for the LS2 intake manifold is 11rwhp/13rwtq. We have done over 320+ LS2 INT manifolds, 90+ LS7s 18RWHP and 20RWTQ, 35+ LS3 & L76s 12RWHP and 15RWTQ and over 325+ TB's.We have had many cars gain much more than the averages listed: 20RWHP from an LS2, 32RWHP for an LS7, and 30RWHP from a L76 and 22RWHP from an LS3. When porting the TBs you will feel greatly improved throttle response and in the bottom end/mid range a strong seat of the pants increase. Many liken the difference to taking about 350lbs out of the vehicle. It truly makes the car much more fun to drive. Our Manifolds are very thoroughly ported not only in the runners but also much of the plenum and TB flange are enlarged in order to support more airflow from idle thru the upper RPMs. The larger the air reservoir the less likely it is to deplete the greater volume in the upper RPMs. Hence the difference of the '00 LS1 intake vs the '01 LS6 intake, a small plenum volume change gained 10RWHP and 10RWTQ.

This is all on a core exchange basis.

Here is an example of a G8 that had our intake and throttle body installed and dyno tuned. It picked up 43 rwhp and 34 rwtq, with a nice power curve as well. The car had a cold air and Magna Flow cat back but otherwise stock. What you can't see is how much stronger the car felt with the increased throttle response coupled with the changed transmission shifting.

You guys should offer a mail order special on ported manifolds and TBs here, I believe you'd sell a good few.

Guys, I can speak for the quality of Jeremy's work. Although I don't use his tune, I have his ported manifold and TB and I've watched Jeremy at work tuning other cars. He's a top notch guy and does great work. I do recommend him.

Because I already had a Vector tune before I ever heard of Jeremy. I'm very happy with my tune but if I were in the market for an HPTuners tune I would use Jeremy.

I talked with Jeremy about the locked tune's and wish they weren't, as we believe there is more to be had in there. Based on what he's seen, there is plenty.

I don't think there's much more in mine considering my car has has had a bit more than the average mail order tune. Mine's been both dyno-tuned and street tuned by Kirk himself. I'm pretty pleased with it; the only way I would switch is if I added something that Kirk didn't know how to tune for.
