All,
I'm thinking of adding a little chrome to the car in the form of the optional outside mirror covers and fuel tank door. The fuel tank door is probably straightforward, but does anyone have any idea how to remove and install the mirror covers?

Thanks,
Dan

I believe you need to lift the mirror cover from the bottom and pull it outward from the top.

Thanks a bunch. You can't get any more elaborate than that. This helps tremendously. :)

I have seen the mirror covers but not the fuel door. Can you post a pix once you do that?

The chrome fuel tank door looks like this. I assume it mounts to the same hinge used for the stock door.

That door looks pretty nice!! What dose something like that go for?
