Thinking of making up some small discrete decals for the rear quarter windows.

What's everyone's opinion on size? I think no larger than 1.5" tall....1" would be good for me.

I personally don't care for decals, but I would sport this one, hopefully in the Pontiac font as shown.

More info regarding our CG8Ɔ window decals.

The colors available to me are the basic colors. Other shops may be able to get different color metallics, my local shop only has metallic silver. I believe all the colors will be covered with their basic colors, but it won't be a perfect match. If you want the G8 portion a different color, you would need to order another decal in that color.

I'm not selling these, just getting an idea of what size everyone thinks looks the best. I can email the Pontiac TTF and the CG8Ɔ image, if you would like to make one up yourself. I think I'll be going with the 1" version (bottom pics).


Average Decal Pricing for a 22" x 5" sheet:
1.50 inch tall = 6 (maybe 7) decals for $10
1.25 inch tall = 9 decals for $10
1.00 inch tall = 12 decals for $10

Well since you showed how they look on the car, I think the 1" looks about right. I had voted 1.5" Good work Shawn!

I agree, the 1" looks the best.

It could be smaller and still visible from a car or two over IMO.....I would get maybe 20 of them at 3/4 inch (all blue).

Anyplace that does printed T-shirts should also be doing the decals. Super Walmarts typically have a small shop inside the doors that do this.....that's where I'm getting mine done.

The easiest way is to have them scan in the image and scale the image to the size you want. Just print out the images above and take it in. The full size image above is approx 1.6 inches tall. Make sure you tell them you want a 22x5 sheet, not just one decal.
