Hey, the Pontiac car club and Seaside Goats are having a car show at the beach in Ventura. We could see if we can get more G8's there than GTO's. Great location with the ocean literally across the street. Get away from inland heat and near the beach and Ventura Harbor at the end of Spinaker off of Harbor Blvd. Blackbeards next door will have food and there will be a live band. i'm going. Who else can represent the G8 community with me? Mike Haddad said he is planning on going when i was at his shop.

i'll be there, but i no way have a show car lol. in fact, I'm a little embarassed about my front bumper scratched up, i'm going to be doing the GXP fascia swap sometime soon to fix it.

We missed the awards; but it was nice seeing everyone. Maybe next time we can gather more G8s! :)

No G8s won?? What a bummer... and no offense taken. :) we made it back at 4pm and only the GTO crowd was left.

wish i knew about it, sat home all day going crazy with my g8 in the garage under a car cover! how can I find out about these events for the future?

That ok, we had a good time. Please feel welcome to meet the Seaside Goats at our monthly Thursday meeting in September, same place. Seaside Goats is for newer Pontiacs, GTO, G8 and Soltice

Yes, that is what i was trying to do. Only 4 G8's and about 15 GTO's. BTW Mike Haddad had two cars he did major work on win awards. Mine had mods mostly that you can't see. BMR sway bars, toe links, trailing arms, strut tower brace and Vararam.

Hope you are talking about somebody else as i'm not married and don't have any kids i'm aware of.
