A while ago I bought a set of ARH from Mike... great support all the way around.

Here's the cool part... today I had a question about my UDP, which I did NOT buy from Mike.

He happily took my call and answered by question... GREAT SERVICE! He could have easily told me to call where I bought it, but he didn't.
