BTW what is a "Disco Ball" and a "Bee Ouch" air freshener? That yellow G8 GXP Firehawk was interesting. Nice RX7 in there as well. So is this out of a private collection or what?

I agree. It's an amazing collection, but it seems like selling all of them at once would cause them to sell for considerably less than they would normally go for. There aren't many Firehawk's out there for sale with no miles, so it's hard to say what they would sell for. I'm very curious to see how this turns out though.

Why are all of these G8's available for sale in one location? Did SLP go out of business?

I would guess that the g8 Gxp firehawks would sell for around $50,000 each since there are a few of them at the same auction, I think you would be better off selling them at different auctions.

CANCELLATION NOTE:
Sunday, our client unexpectedly told us that he wants to cancel the auction. We have requested a written cancellation letter which we have yet to receive. So, is the auction cancelled? We don't know.

We would really like to do this auction and know that thousands of you have been following this list of items for the past several weeks. We are leaving the auction on our site in case our client still wants to follow through as agreed, however, the online bidding will not go live until we get written confirmation from our client one way or the other.

THE GOOD NEWS!

Several of the most rare and collectable of the cars were signed over to us as part of our guaranteed payment when we signed the auction contract. So, we will most likely be auctioning those cars at some future date no matter what happens with this auction.

We apologize for this, but it is something we cannot control. We can only hope that our client decides to do the auction as agreed. We will keep you informed. Thank You!

Interesting to see if the G8s are part of the rare and collectable. I got a feeling that his sanity returned and perhaps realizes what he has. I also thought it interesting, that these cars were being sold with NO RESERVE.
