G8 on a Diet?

Hey, I just ran into a contact that does underground Carbon Fiber and I've been working with him to possibly get some carbon fiber hood/fenders/bumbers/trunk lid for the G8's. I'm putting out a feeler to see how many g8er's would be interested in such a product.

I'm sure $650-$1000 per peice would be about on target with other car makes' carbon body panels. I'm really not sure total pricing, again I know a guy who is the specialist.

I would be interested in stock or near stock looking parts for weight savings only, I would have them painted PBM to match.

I just wish alot of the supsension pieces were made of aluminum. That would have saved a good amount of weight. But I understand the cost savings decisions.

As far as CF body panels, I don't think the performance benefits to dollar ratio is very good. Just too expensive. But I'm interested anyhow depening on price.
