OK, I installed the window, it is much easier than the directions describe. Complete the steps in order up to step 4, step number five (removing the stationary window) is unnecessary.
-Once you have the door panel off, the speaker removed, and the vapor barrier removed, go ahead and remove the inner belt line seal, which just slides up and out.
-Next, remove the plastic surround that seperates the stationary window from the sliding window, it unclips easily.
-That surround will reveal three screws, undo those, and remove the outer piece by sliding up slowly! this piece that slides up is the window guide inside the door. You can then undo the rubber seal that starts at the B pillar and goes around the top of the door, you only need to remove it to the point of the stationary window.
-Reconnect the rear inner door panel to the plug sticking out of the top of the door. You will need to do this to move the window up and down. Position the window regulator (full up position) so that both bolts can be seen through the access holes in the door, use a phillips head and loosen those bolts.
-slide window regulator down about half way.
-push window into door from the outside, starting at a slight angle. GO SLOW and ensure the window seats correctly in the regulator. once it is seated in the regulator, raise window to full up position and tighten clamps. lower window down about 3/4 of the way.
-reinstall the part that you slid up and out of the door by sliding it down the way you brought it up, but ensuring the window is in the middle to help guide it. once it is set, screw in the three screws and replace plastic surround.
-reinstall outer seal to top of door, you will need a shim of some kind to get it back into place correctly.
-reinstall inner belt seal, plastic part goes towards the inside of the car
reinstall vapor barrier
-reinstall speaker, dont forget to reconnect it
-reconnect door panel
It took me 2 hours to do, but an hour and a half of that was trying to get all the glass out of the door. Best method I found (about an 1 and 15 minutes into it) was to take shop vac, get all the loose stuff up, then take a long screw driver and go in from the lower right side of the door and stick it under the yellow rubber thingy to loosen all the glass stuck in there. I then used a air blower, Toro, and stuck it in the lower right hand hole while I had the shop vac on and sucking everything up from the left hand side. I would suggest safety goggles or glasses as glass will fly up and out of the door from the force of the air.
Good luck, and if anyone has any questions, please let me know
