I'm looking for a set of Drag radials that will fit the 18" stock rims. The stock tire is 26.6" in diameter. I found that the BFGs are 25.4" and the MTs are 25.8".
How far off can the diameter be w/o hurting anything ??

The different diameters might set off the ABS light, but at .4" taller on one end I doubt you would have any problems.

THanks...those were the MTs I was looking at. I just wanted to know if the diameter difference would effect anything other than my speedo being incorrect at the track.
Stock diameter is 26.6 vs MT diameter of 25.8.

I run the 265/40R18 MTs on mine ,no problems . Running a smaller than stock dia. tire caused my car to slow down after 3 runs . I don't know why this happened but it did on two different occasions.
