I second this opinion, I bought a used Vararam about a month ago from rich...there were some minor shipping problems...100% my fault, I am a dumb-ass and did not my pay-pal account when i moved...but he took care of it and had the shipment redirected and didn't charge me anything for his trouble....great guy to do business with.
