View Full Version : Spotted in Groton, CT

What I believe is a Sport Red Metallic. It was a darker red. Never seen it around before. I actually saw the G8 twice. Once on Poquonnock Road at the pool hall then a second time driving through Mystic. I would have to say it's the same one. I only know of two red ones and a black one in the area besides me and I'm the only one on the board. Anyone here own the SRM G8 I saw today?

Ive got a red hot gt with black rims. i live around the corner from Washington park. let me know if you want to get together sometime.

ive only done a cai and had karns put a new exhaust on it. i also did some stereo work. trying to swap out the cam shaft but im about to buy a house, so it may take a little longer.

Did Karns put headers on it too or just cat/axle back? Yeah, I'd love to do more to mine but money can be tight. I'm heading up to Lebanon Valley in a week to run mine. I pulled off a 13.017 last year and I just put new tires on it so I'm hoping with some cooler weather I can run a 12.

im from the new haven area but def would be intrested in a CT meet been trying for a while on the other board to work it out.

Does anyone know who owns the PBM one I've been seeing in Groton lately. My buddy is his 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 street raced him and got spanked. He said the G8 sounded like it was cammed. ??????

If you get to talk to him definitely point him this way so we can co-ordinate meets and such, would be nice to be able to talk to another G8 owner in the state. I think there's still a loose plan to get a meet together sometime after labor day at Mongillo, and have a Dyno day and what not.
