How many miles? If it is not under 500 MILES 39K is kinda high. You could get them new for that. They are not a collectible yet.

yeah no way you are getting 24K trade in on a 2008.. Sorry-- I paid 26.2K for a brand new 2009-- You car is 2.5 years old and used.

I would think about the GXP for maybe 34K if it has manual transmission and no flaws....
