How to check ignition wires ?

I wanted to know whats the best way into checking the ignition wires if they are working properly or not.

and what about the Coils as well ?

There is a misfire on an LS2 engine but the hp tuners just says engine misfire detected so I dont really know on which CYL#

You need an ohm meter to check the wires. I don't have the specs with me, but I think someone here should. Move the wires around while you check.

You can have lean misfires that dont identify the cylinder. Checking wires: Ohms should be around 200-300 MAX. MSDs and other aftermarket wires will be around 50 ohms.

Move the coil/wire assembly to another cylinder. See if the problem follows the assembly.
