Carolina members: Test & tune 6/11

I'm gonna go to Rockingham dragway for test &tune fri 6/11 to see how fast my car is with the vararam I installed this weekend. Anyone else interested?

I'm sure you could more than edge me out cause all I have so for is the Vararam and trans cooler. I don't have the headers yet, I'm just planning for August. In fact I'd like to take a ride in yours to see how your exhaust set up sounds on the inside. Maybe I should go with the Kooks, I'll have to hear how it sounds.

Texas was great! A total of 280 miles at 135mph. Speed limiter is set at 138mph. The G8 handles as good or possibly even better than my 02 SS. What a great car!

Sure thing, you can listen all you'd like. The only annoying thing is the DOD when it goes back to 8 cylinder mode.

When I got there I was the only G8 (around 10:15AM). Then two others G8s showed up, a black one and an MGM one. I don't know if the black one was Kevin or not, but I met the owner of the MGM G8. His name was Ed. He told me on the other board that he watch a G8 dyno and from the sounds of it, it must have been yours.

Yeah, I was there kinda late. It was just before two and very hot.......Nice drive. Took back roads most of the way and got 23 mpg including the dyno pull and a little messing around on the side. Sorry I missed the rest of the G8 guys.....
