I got the LS9 injectors and they don't fricken fit. I found out the hard way. They go into the supercharger manifold farther than the others and that makes them too short. F'n great.

Waste of $369.

Anyone know of a way? (adapters?) Check pics of rails in my garage.

I think I need some spacers for the bottom of the injector. Anyone?

Check with Kirk or Livernois or similar. There are various adapters, dunno if these exist or not.

Could you use aftermerket fuel rails?

I got some spacers. They are going in good now. I will see if it works. They are at the same depth as the ones I took out now. I will find out soon if all the work was worth it.

This ultimately was a success. I didn't know beforehand that MY magnacharger fuel rail setup was different from most other 1900 kits. I think I got an early one.

I was able to use spacers (rings) on the manifold side of the LS9 injectors to prevent them from inserting past the location of the previous injectors. The engine tune is now dialed in pretty well and I'm happy to report that it Idles MUCH BETTER! I know the max flow is lower than the ones they replaced, but the other larger ones made it idle like crap. It got worse with the cam because of less efficiency at idle. It feels like it's back to it's previous power level, but a dyno tune is in order.

Thanks to all that helped.

Glad to hear they worked out. You had me worried at first.

Big Norm, found that you used the LS9 injectors. I was "researching" the same mod.....(allow me to pick up on your wisdom)?

How much of a power increase did you get from these injectors?
Any driveability issues?
Did your mpg figures go to hell? Or are they still good?

I have a 3.2 pulley and should I go that route -- I might need the LS9 injectors to remain safe....... Other than the hassle with adapters ....all okay?

Would you recommend?
