X2 Ray..its not a rule, but general standard practice, or for lack of a better term"unwritten rule" that the one who 1st chimes in has 1st dibbs, and so on and so on, until you are certain that they cannot pay for them or he doesn't want them, hence the term "tire kicker". In this event you simply move to the next person in line. Lots of tire kickers out there, but sifting through them is easy. I'm not telling you that's how it has to be, but its usually the ethical approach we take on sales/trades among the interweb market community. :)

Ray... I'm working on it Son... If a member asks you a question instead of saying "I want it!" does that count as "1st who chimes in"??? These springs hit a steep driveway, that's why they're no longer desirable even though they're only lowering the rig about an inch.... I'm a fair guy, that's why I ask, but I don't want to waste too much time answering questions... You either do your homework, know what you want, then step up to the plate or we go to the next in line. I said 100 miles on them and they're not wanted BECAUSE they scrape the damn steep driveway. Not much more to tell. I've got some personal messages so I'm working it out there. Thanks everyone for their responses.

Not looking for a fight, and you're correct, I am not up on the NY lingo. I'm not up on the Indiana lingo yet either, since I'm from Calif.
