I know you can figure out horsepower given a 15 to 20% loss due to drivetrain, but how do you figure out engne torque?

Same way.

Horsepower is just a calculated number using torque and RPM.

HP = TQ x RPM / 5252

I am way too slow this am, care to provide an example usinge 415 hp at the crank?

You need to know at what RPM the 415 HP is at to solve.

assuming hp peak is at 5600 RPM it comes to about 442 TQ, or 360ish at the wheels... at 5600 rpm at any other rpm it may be lower or higher.
