Congratulations, was this just 0-60-0 or was there other things such as road course/autocross? Also, is there a list of competitors/results?

It was more like 0-100-0, but a little different. From a standing start you had to get your car into a 40 foot long box, I think it was 800 feet away, in as little time as possible. That was 8.177 seconds for me :)

I saw the standings posted on pro-touring.com, but I had to join to download them. You should check out the website, it tells about the events. There was a road course and autocross event, but the autocross was a bit different than normal in this case. At this event it was mostly some pretty awesome pro-touring cars and a few modern cars (Mustang, Corvettes, etc). No new Camaros though!

I did my best to spread the word about the Faceoff prior to the event, but ended up getting banned from some boards in the process. As a result, I won't be able to congratulate Andy on all G8-related forums, but he did a great job and we will be posting pictures and results all week on our Facebook page. We'll also be updating the Optima Invitational site (www.optimainvitational.com) and it does currently have links for our other upcoming qualifying events around the country, including the Midwest Musclecar Challenge, which will be televised on Fox Sports.

We are running two more events out in your part of the country. The first one is this weekend's Nevada Open Road Challenge and the second is Silver State Classic Challenge in September.
