hey, i live in northeast pa...the stryker is probably mine since i drive the west & north scranton area quite frequently. i just seen last night (friday, april 30th) an IOM and about 2 minutes later a LR (was that you jeff?) drive past the rita's where i was parked up in the dunmore area.
